This applies to all InterioApp services, including:

  • The InterioApp Quoting System (in-house SaaS for curtain and blind pricing and order management)

  • The InterioApp Shopify apps (curtain and blind calculator, wallcovering calculator)

  • Any custom setup services, integrations, or consulting work

Prohibited Actions:

  • Reverse-engineering or attempting to recreate the software.

  • Using InterioApp’s UI/UX, workflows, or calculations for personal or commercial replication.

  • Scraping, extracting, or using automated tools (including AI) to replicate functionalities.

  • Sharing access credentials, sublicensing, or redistributing the software.

We actively monitor for infringement. Unauthorized use or replication of our software will result in legal action, including cease-and-desist orders and financial penalties.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, we make no guarantees against data breaches caused by external cyber threats.

  • Data Retention: User data is stored for one month after subscription cancellation and then permanently deleted unless required by law.

  • Data Sharing: We do not sell or share user data with third parties, except for necessary service providers (e.g., payment processors, legal compliance).

  • AI Scraping & Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to extract data using AI tools, bots, or manual replication will be treated as an infringement of our intellectual property rights and pursued legally.

5. Legal Protections and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by Lithuanian law. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

  • No Class Action Waiver: Users agree to bring claims on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
