Terms of service

1. Governing Law These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Any disputes must be resolved in Lithuanian courts.

2. Subscription and Billing Users must provide valid payment details before starting a free trial. If the subscription is not canceled before the 7-day trial ends, automatic billing will occur. Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions if they do not wish to be charged.

3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations take effect immediately upon request. There are no partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Users will not receive renewal reminders.

4. Limitation of Liability InterioApp is not liable for business losses due to software errors, downtime, or incorrect user inputs. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data inputted into the software before making business decisions.

5. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for:

• Inputting accurate data

• Ensuring compliance with their local business regulations

• Cancelling their subscription before renewal if they do not wish to continue

6. Intellectual Property All software content, branding, and tools are the exclusive property of InterioApp. Users may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part of the software.
